With a total of 8 switching centres in a compact concrete building, we have connected a total of 75 MW of photovoltaic power to the IBDE grid, each with a capacity of up to 10 MW and equipped with 22 kV medium-voltage cells with protection relays and medium-voltage transformers in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

Each of the centres also includes approved measuring equipment, electrical cabinets, and auxiliary services.

These switching centres were manufactured over a period of 10 weeks, an extremely demanding deadline due to the delivery time of the main equipment, which meant that the iQuord team had to integrate the equipment of the eight centres in two weeks, having to work on shifts to meet our client’s deadlines. Operational tests were carried out in the presence of the customer and control bodies prior to being shipped to their destination.
